Yes, some individuals prefer using the SuperTrapeze to help them get to a sitting position, and the SuperBar to help them get to a standing position. The SuperTrapeze can only be used with a standard SuperPole weight capacity of 300lbs / 136kg and ceiling height range of 93-99 / 236-252cm.

My flange cover is stuck. How do I remove it?
If the grab bar isn't installed, carefully tap the the bottom of flange cover on a flat surface or with a rubber mallet so the finish isn't damaged. If the grab bar is installed, a flat head screwdriver may used to carefully pry the flange cover off without damaging the finish.

How do I know which PT Rail side or model to order?
P.T.Rail's have offset rails, and therefore left and right models. When sitting on the toilet, the left P.T.Rail is on your left side, and the right P.T.Rail is in your right side.

Since there is no grip on the P.T.Rail, will a hand slip on it?
Generally, hands will not slip when using the P.T.Rail as intended (i.e. pushing downwards on the horizontal rail). If required, consider applying a textured tape for improved gripping.

Does the P.T.Rail lock when its folded up agaisnt the wall?
No. There is not a distinct locking mechanism for the P.T.Rail. Instead, the P.T.Rail features a tension hinge which holds the rail in position (even halfway up). It is not possibly for the rail to inadvertently fall, causing an impact injury.

Is the P.T.Rail ADA Compliant?
There are no ADA guidelines for fold up grab bars. We incorporated several ADA guidelines into the P.T.Rail, as many of these guidelines are simply smart design considerations. The P.T.Rail features an ADA compliant rail diameter (1.50" / 38mm) and exceeds ADA's requirements for structural strength (400lbs / 181kgs).
