DESCRIPTION & FEATURES

Learn how to use wall Anchors, the Easy Mount Hollow Wall Anchor is specially designed to ensure secure bracing behind walls when there is no stud available. It is able to be installed on various substrates such as drywall, drywall with tile, and fiberglass. To successfully install this anchor, there must be at least a 3.5 inch gap behind the wall.

After the installation process is complete, a mounting plate will be left behind for the purpose of attaching with HealthCraft’s Easy Mount and Plus Series grab bars. Additionally, this anchor supports up to 300 lbs. and features slide retainer and mounting plate for proper wall placement during installation.

The HealthCraft Easy Mount Hollow Wall Anchors have a weight capacity of 300 pounds for drywall, drywall with tile, and fiberglass.

Yes, the Easy Mount Hollow Wall Anchor requires a 1.25” hole to be drilled through the wall substrate. For wall constructions that include tile, we recommend a carbide tipped hole saw.

HealthCraft's Easy Mount Hollow Wall Anchors ensure a waterproof installation in wet bathroom environments (showers, bathtubs and sinks). It was designed specifically with the installation process in mind. There is a foam washer that compresses against the wall when the metal mounting plate is secured against the wall, as well as a small rubber washer between the screw and mounting plate. We have also included an optional foam ring to help with installing the retainer ring. All materials are corrosion-resistant to ensure that they will last for years without fail.
