HealthCraft provided FREE shipping on all orders over $99 (standard ground delivery only). For orders under $99 there is a flat rate cost of $10. (Some conditions apply – see Shipping and Returns for more details).

HealthCraft typically processes and ships orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them, although processing times may be longer during peak seasons. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

All online orders ship via FedEx ground, unless otherwise specified. If you require expedited or large volume custom pricing, please contact our customer service team directly and they’ll build a custom order and shipping quote for you.

Yes, HealthCraft provides tracking information for all orders. Customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Orders can be placed directly on the HealthCraft website or by calling our customer service team. Simply select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout process with your shipping and payment information. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to phone, chat or email us! We’re happy to help.

Please contact customer service as soon as possible if changes need to be made. We try to process orders quickly, and we aim to ship within 2 business days. In some cases, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been submitted.
